Though we are not currently offering items for sale over the internet, we have and will continue to offer mail-order services for our products. Special orders are not a problem. Simply contact us with your request and we will do our best to find it for you.

Shipping is charged at the actual cost, and expenses for packaging may be included.

If you would like to return an item by mail, you are responsible for the shipping and packaging costs.  See the return policies section for more information about returns.

If you would like to return an item, it must be in resellable condition.  There are no returns on special orders, personalized items, closeout items, books, patterns, or videos.  There are no returns after 30 days.

All shipping costs incurred must be payed by the customer. Only the cost of the item will be refunded to you, minus a 20% restocking fee.
